Plumb Pro+

PlumbPro is a wonderful company that, among other things, trains its employees well. Chris has surely learned what PlumbPro expects of people working in others' homes, polite, respectful behavior, a a "good job" done and discussed. Today , Chris did as he always does - came and completed my project. Then he completely cleaned up the entire area he'd worked in, answered all of my (often un-related) questions, and handed me the tablet to sign after a tour of my bathroom :-D His work was excellent.

My experience with Plumb Pro was EXCELLENT from start to finish! The online booking was easy and I loved that I could include pictures and/or videos of the problem. I was contacted prior to arrival as stated and to my suprise, Justin asked if he could get anything for me while he stopped at the store prior to his arrival. I was stunned! I don't know that any Customer Rep. has ever offered this! It was nice gesture and personable! When Justin arrived he was professional and friendly. He thoroughly listened to the issues I had been experiencing as well as things I had attempted to resolve the issue prior to calling. He then, looked at the issue, did some troubleshooting in the house and proceeded to check underneath the house. Justin took time to explain all of his findings, and how the issue(s) could/would be resolved. He even relayed his concern for possible future complications due to the age our plumbing, etc. We live in an older home. He provided us with multiple quotes for the recommended work and inquired when he might be able to follow up with us. He took time explaining the quotes, how Plumb Pro would do the work, and follow up from Plumb Pro. Justin provided EXCELLENT service, and you can tell he takes pride in his work! Another perk of dealing with Plumb Pro!

William was great. Clearly explained everything and made the process go smoothly. Highly recommend him and Plumb Pro. I also want to thank Kenny with helping out with the process. Other than what you see in the picture, could hardly tell he was here. 9/16/2024 Another great experience with Plumb Pro +. Bryan came out and made sure my system was running correctly, tested the water and at the same time showed me what was needed to have it continue to run properly. Thank you, Bryan was also very nice and respectful.

I had a fantastic experience with Plumb Pro and technician Justin Greider. He was thorough with his inspection and took the time to fix both of my slow drains at a very reasonable price. What really stood out was his attention to detail and customer service—he called ahead to let me know he was on the way and even offered to pick up anything I needed from the gas station. On top of that, he brought in my trash cans without me even asking. You don’t find that kind of thoughtfulness every day! Highly recommend Justin and Plumb Pro for any plumbing needs.

I called Plumb Pros after trying 4 other companies on a plumbing emergency. Office staff was pleasant, listened intently and had a tech dispatched within an hour. Charles showed up early, was a creative problem solver, and overall good dude. I'd highly recommend them.

Matt was the utmost professional. He diagnosed then fixed my problem with care and respect. It was a tricky plumbing issue that required a little extra and he did not shy away from it. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling again if the need arises

William was awesome! Solved the “dirty sock” smell coming from the A/C. Also checked all the plumbing and flushed the tankless water heater. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Service was friendly and he did a good job! Would recommend highly!
